If you’re curious about practicing yoga or have ever picked up a self-help book, this mini retreat is for you. It’s a space to connect, reflect, and discover new possibilities for opening your heart - to yourself and to others.
Join us for an evolutionary mini retreat, where the power of yoga meets insights from narrative therapy.
We all carry experiences of love, care, and connection within us. These events shape how we move through every relationship, even when we don’t realize it.
Together, we’ll explore how we’ve formed our understanding of love and how we can make intentional, empowered choices in the relationships we’re building today.
Schedule
1pm - 2pm: We’ll get acquainted, then Wendy will lead a heart-opening vinyasa flow, designed for all levels. Breath to movement, you’ll drop in, release stuck energy, and embrace forward motion. This practice sets the tone for deep self-reflection and authentic expression.
2pm - 2:10pm: Break
2:10pm - 2:50pm: Kelsey leads an exploration into how your experience in love and relationships can become a source of wisdom. Narrative-therapy-informed exercises offer new lenses for understanding your values and identity.
2:50pm - 3:10pm: Grounding breathwork followed by guided meditation helps you integrate concepts and anchor them to a felt sense of clarity.
3:10pm - 3:20pm: Break
3:20pm - 4pm: Danny invites you to reimagine love as an intentional, empowering action. This session gives you tools to envision your ideal relationship to yourself and others, and to identify the steps to get there.
a practice to guide your next chapter.
narrative flow yoga is a collaboration between therapists Danny Livingston, AMFT, Kelsey Wilson, APCC, and yoga instructor Wendy Livingston, RYT 200.
Together, we’ve created an experience that honors the wisdom of the body and the power of story. You’ll leave this afternoon with practical tools and renewed confidence to align your daily actions with what matters most to you.
We’re excited to share a meaningful afternoon with you.

Wendy Livingston
RYT 200
For Wendy, learning to teach yoga felt like learning to speak a new language straight from her heart. With more than fifteen years of practice, her teaching style draws from the Desikachar lineage as well as Bhakti-inspired yoga, restorative practices, and the wisdom she’s gathered from teachers, poets, and storytellers of many backgrounds. She aims to create an inclusive space for connection, healing, and transformation, offering movement, breathwork, and meditation as tools to calm the mind and reconnect with your true nature. Off the mat, Wendy balances her full-time work in marketing with making art, walking on the beach, and spending time with family.

Danny Livingston
FACILITATOR, AMFT #153183
Designing an imaginative life, rooted in loving relationships, has always animated Danny. His journey to becoming a therapist was far from linear, but now he finds tremendous purpose in walking alongside clients as they make discoveries and navigate challenges. Danny believes that our understanding of healing must continue to expand and evolve, which inspired him to co-create Narrative Flow Yoga. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him writing music, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
-

Kelsey Wilson
FACILITATOR, APCC #19572
After years in research, Kelsey realized she was most fulfilled working directly with people. With a background in psychology and environmental science—and ten years living in Spain and the Netherlands—she followed her lifelong dream of becoming a therapist, mentored by Dr. Chris Hoff. She helps her clients tap into their agency to make different choices than in the past and find meaning from their experiences. Outside of therapy, she finds joy in surfing, climbing, & pottery.
