everything looks right. something feels off.
You're doing what you're supposed to do: performing, producing, showing up. But somewhere along the way, something started feeling off.
Maybe you're more distracted than you let on. Maybe doubt or disconnection is running the show, even when everything looks fine from the outside.
This isn't a crisis. It's a signal.
Therapy for men isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about getting clear on what matters, cutting through the noise, and building something more aligned with who you actually want to be. Together, we'll:
Name the patterns that are keeping you stuck or holding you back
Reconnect with the values and purpose that make the work feel worth it
Map practical steps toward a more intentional, grounded version of your life
how i work with men
Most of the men I work with aren't in crisis. They're high-achieving, self-aware, and used to solving hard problems. What brings them in is a stuckness that’s hard to name or even just a sense that something isn't quite right.
My approach is conversational and collaborative. There's no jargon, no worksheets, no being told what to feel. I ask good questions, take your expertise in your own life seriously, and help you get enough distance from the noise to see things more clearly.
let’s talk
The first step is a free 15-minute call. No commitment, no pressure - just a chance to ask questions and see if working together makes sense.
During that call, you can:
Share what's been on your mind and what you're hoping to change
Learn how I approach working with men
Decide whether my style feels like the right fit
I meet with clients in person in Costa Mesa, CA, and offer secure video sessions for California residents.
I'd like to help you write your next chapter.
50-minute sessions are $190. In-network with Aetna and Optum. Superbills are available for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Sliding-scale options are available.
I'm Danny Livingston, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in business leadership, which means I understand the world most of my clients are navigating. My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you're not defined by the problems you're up against. You just need the right space to figure out what's next.
