create a relationship you’re proud of
You used to look forward to being together. Whether it’s arguing, score-keeping, or blame, something is getting in the way of the relationship you want.
When problems take over your relationship, partners start acting like rivals. I help couples find shared agreements and accountability, consistent with your values and hopes for the future.
Together, we can have tough conversations without keeping score, so you can move forward.
Most couples start with 6-10 sessions. During our sessions we’ll:
Map the cycle that’s keeping you stuck
Develop shared agreements you both believe in
Practice conversations that reduce reactivity and invite repair
how i help couples
If blame, miscommunication, and mistrust are getting in the way of the relationship you want, couples therapy could help. I help couples gain clarity about the problems they’re up against, and practice creating a new path forward.
I approach sessions in a conversational, collaborative way where your hopes and values are always centered. My approach could be right for you if:
You feel stuck in the same cycle, and you’re ready to try something different
You want a practical structure that puts you in the driver’s seat
You’re open to weekly or bi-weekly sessions
