there’s more to your story…
let’s explore it together.
individual therapy
Life transitions, self-doubt, depression - these don't get better because you found the perfect five-step morning routine. We'll have real conversations that build your confidence and resilience, grounded in what actually matters to you. You’ll start to experience shifts that actually stick.
couples therapy
Same fight, different topic? That's usually a sign you're stuck in a pattern, not that something's wrong with you or the relationship. We'll find the pattern together, figure out how to address it, and shift toward agreements that help you move forward.
family therapy
Every family has its own unspoken rules about who gets heard and who doesn't. We'll look at what's shaping those dynamics and make room for every voice, not just the loudest one. Together, we’ll build family relationships that work for you.
50-minute sessions are $190. Sliding-scale options are available. Superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
Offering in-person sessions in Costa Mesa & telehealth for California residents.
therapeutic approach
You’re not defined by the challenges you face. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationship stories, and outside pressures have shaped your experience in a supportive environment, without reducing you to labels or diagnoses.
Therapy isn’t a life hack - it’s a process of discovery. I ask questions that will challenge and stretch your thinking, helping you see new perspectives. I’ll walk alongside you with genuine curiosity and warmth as we uncover strengths and values that may have been overshadowed by life’s difficulties.
In our work together, we'll identify the life you actually want, separate from what you've been told you should want. Whether you’re facing personal struggles or working through relationship or family dynamics, our work together will honor your expertise in your own life while opening new possibilities for your future.
about me
I grew up in Southern California, giving me an appreciation for the unique challenges and pressures that shape many of my clients’ lives. After completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Utah, I spent over a decade in business, rising to leadership roles.
My own transformative experiences in therapy led me to pursue a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, which has allowed me the privilege of helping people write the next chapter in their stories.
I bring a unique blend of real-world experience, creativity, and clinical expertise to each therapeutic relationship. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me enjoying live music, exploring exciting destinations, and spending quality time with family and friends.
